1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even when the case is called out on second round.

2. Earlier, on 26.07.2021 and 10.08.2021 also petitioner did not appear before this Court when the case was called.

3. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty in favour of the petitioner to move suitable application for restoration of the Cr.M.P., if exigency so arises.
