1. State of Chhattisgarh, through the Secretary, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Post Office and Police Station Naya Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh
2. Commissioner, Land Record, State of Chhattisgarh, Raipur, Civil and Revenue District Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Shri Amit Kumar Chaki, Advocate For Respondents/State :
Shri U.N.S. Deo, Government Advocate Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 13/10/2015 1.
Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellants and the State. 2.
The present appeal arises from order dated 26.8.2015 disposing Writ Petition (S) No.3103 of 2015 observing that the pleadings were lacking in essential details with facts and figures with regard to exact seats available for filling-up by direct recruitment and by promotion and granting liberty to file a fresh writ petition with full and complete particulars.
3.
We therefore see no reason to interfere with the order under appeal. The Learned Single Judge instead of dismissing the writ petition
simplicitor has granted much latitude to the Appellants which ought to have been taken advantage of rather than to have filed the appeal. 4.
The writ appeal is dismissed, but with reiteration of the observations contained in paragraph 5 of the order of the Learned Single Judge. Sd/- Sd/- (Navin Sinha) (P. Sam Koshy) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Subbu
