1. The petitioner moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned corrigendum dated 23.02.2020 (P/1) issued by respondent PHED.
10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased allow the petitioner to participate in the tender as individual class "D" contractor without insisting on fulfilling the new impugned criteria defnied by respondent PHED.
10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief to the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit & proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.
