Agrawal Order On Board 07/12/2020 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the petitioner's application for remission filed under Section 432 (1) of the Cr.P.C., opinion has been asked from concerned Court of Session, which he has opined vide Annexure P-1, thereafter, no decision has been taken by the State Government under Section 432 (1) of the Cr.P.C.
(2) Be that as it may, the State Government under Section 432(1) of the Cr.P.C. is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner for grant of remission expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
