1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 06.09.2021 the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order, the services of petitioner have been placed under suspension on account of the alleged unsatisfactory work and also on account of the petitioner not discharging his duties which he was otherwise required.

2. Considering the fact that it is only an order of suspension which is under challenge and the order of suspension being an appealable

order, reserving the right of petitioner to prefer an appeal to the appellate authority and also to appear before the disciplinary authority to avail all other remedies available to the petitioner in the disciplinary proceedings, if any, initiated against the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
