The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 355/2005 registered in Police Station Civil Line Bilaspur Civil and Revenue District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 294, 450, 458, 397, 412, 307 of Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of bail jump. The applicant was enlarged on bail on 6/07/2005. Thereafter, after few dates she jumped the bail and consequently arrest warrant was issued on 5/04/2007. Thereafter, she was arrested on 19/01/2017.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated, she was ill and was being treated and is a lady aged about 52 years and her non appearance was not deliberate or will full, therefore she may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, taking into fact applicant is a lady aged about 52 years and she is in jail since 19/01/2017, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
