1. The present Petition has been preferred seeking for a direction to Respondent No.1 to provide two advance increments as per the circular dated 24.12.1998 on account of having acquired the qualification of D.Ed. after appointment.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that lot of Writ Petitions of similar nature have already been decided by this Court. A couple of such orders similar in nature is enclosed along with the present Petition vide Annexure P/5.
3. Learned State Counsel after due verification of the facts accepts the fact that the case of the present Petitioners are also similar to those Petitions which have already been disposed off by this Court and the present Petition may be disposed off with similar terms.
4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is also disposed off in similar terms as ordered in WP(S) No. 4782 of 2015 decided on 04.02.2016.
5. It is made clear that in case the Petitioners after verification of the facts are found to be similarly situated then the similar benefits shall also be provided to the present Petitioners as have been provided to the other Petitioners whose case have already been decided.
