This application has been filed for restoration of M.A.No.686 of 1997 which has been dismissed by this Court on 28.09.2015 for want of prosecution.

On due consideration of the grounds mentioned in the application which is supported by the affidavit sworn by counsel for the applicants, I am satisfied that the learned counsel has been able to explain sufficient reasons for his non appearance on 28.09.2015.

Accordingly, application for restoration is allowed and M.A.No. 686 of 1997 is restored to its original numbers.
