2. The matter pertains to non-compliance of the order dated 13.06.2016, passed while allowing WPC No.1373 of 2016 (preferred by the present petitioners) and other connected

petitions, granting benefit of green card to the petitioners in view of the order passed by this Court in WPC No.800 of 2016, but no time limit was fixed by this Court directing the respondents to pass necessary orders.

3. Although learned counsel for the petitioners have moved representations on 14.07.2016, which are yet to be decided, for the present, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that the competent authority of the respondents in the writ petition shall do well to pass necessary orders on the petitioners' representations within a period of 03 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, failing which, the petitioners would be at liberty to move a fresh contempt petition before this Court.
