The petitioners have filed this petition aggrieved on account of delay in culmination of conciliation proceedings. 3.

The facts pleaded in the petition shows that in the matter of dispute between the Management and the petitioners, the matter has been referred to the respondent No.2 for conciliation proceedings under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the conciliation proceedings, however, remained pending without its logical conclusion one way or the other.

Therefore, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending, but to dispose off, with a direction to respondent No.2 to conclude the conciliation proceedings as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
