1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 28/06/2019 sent by the 2nd Civil Judge, Class-I, Korba for extension of time to decide the Civil Suit No. 9-A/2014 (Manilal Sahu & Ors. Vs. Madan Lal & Ors.).

2. This Court vide order dated 18/03/2019 had granted time upto 30th June, 2019 to learned 2nd Civil Judge, Class-I, Korba to dispose of the Civil Suit No. 9-A/2014, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time upto 30th September, 2019 is granted to learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
