By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the legality and validity of the order dated 5.5.2015 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent No.3, by which services of the petitioner have been dispensed with from the post of Mitanin. 2.

Being dissatisfied with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has made the representation before respondents No.1 & 2 on 10.8.2015 (Annexure P/3). 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that services of the petitioner have been dispensed with without providing an opportunity of hearing to her and against which she has made the representation, in which no decision has been taken by the respondents No.1 and 2 as yet.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to take decision on

the representation made by the petitioner dated 10.8.2015 (Annexure P/3) expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with above-stated direction. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the representation be decided in accordance with as early as possible.
