1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 09/07/2019 sent by the 1st Additional District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur for extension of time to decide the Civil Appeal No. 01A/2001 (Ramanlal & Ors. Vs. Rangulal & Ors.).

2. This Court vide order dated 13/02/2019 had granted time a time of four months to learned 1st Additional District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur to dispose of the Civil Appeal No. 01A/2001, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of one month is granted to learned 1st Additional District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur to dispose of the said civil appeal by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
