This appeal is presented against an order dated 02.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(S) No. 4620 of 2021, whereby, while not interfering with the order of transfer, impugned in the writ petition, the learned Single Judge reserved liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities by filing an appropriate representation.

Mr. Pandey submits that in view of the modified order of transfer issued by the authorities, he has been instructed by the appellant not to press this appeal.

In view of the above submission of Mr. Pandey, the appeal is disposed of, as not pressed.
