In view of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of M/s Lal Babu Singh vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another, passed on 22.03.2016 in ARBA No.7/2015 and other connected matters, the arbitration applications are not maintainable. They are dismissed in the same terms reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to approach the Chhattisgarh Arbitration Tribunal in accordance with the provisions contained in the Chhattisgarh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983.
