Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representations made by the petitioner have been decided by order dated 6-5-2017.

In view of the above and taking into fact that unconditional apology has been extended and further considering the fact that grievance having been redressed, no order is required to be passed by this Court in this petition. However, the petitioner, if at all is aggrieved

further, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition stands disposed of.
