Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 22.10.2021

1. The instant is the third bail application preferred under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

2. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 04.04.2019 passed in MCRC No.1951/2019.

3. Second bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 14.10.2019 passed in MCRC No.5585/2019.

4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application. However, he seeks liberty to revive the same after four months, if trial is not concluded.

5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
