1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to take a decision so far as claim for dependant employment is concerned.

2. The specific averment made by the petitioner is that his application for dependant employment is still under active consideration by the respondents, however, since long period has occurred from the date of death of the deceased employee, the petitioner has been compelled to approach this court for expeditious decision by the respondents.

3. Given the said contentions, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
