Grievance of the Petitioners in the present Writ Petition seems to be the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not considering the claim of the Petitioners for grant of Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- per month. 2.

According to learned Counsel for Petitioners, the Department of Finance as also the Departments under which the Petitioners are discharging their duties have already considered the claim of the Petitioners and the matter thereafter is pending consideration before the General Administration Department. 3.

Given the fact that it is policy decision and the decision has to be taken at the Government level and the matter is still pending consideration before the General Administration Department, the present Writ Petition can be disposed of at this juncture directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field as also as per the Government policy, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of copy of this order. 4.
