Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time prays for withdrawal of the preset writ petition with liberty to approach the High Powered Committee constituted by the State Government vide their order dated 11.07.2019, constituted for resolving the dispute arising out of the transfer policy of the State Government, 2019. Subject to the petitioner approaching the Committee at the earliest, Committee is expected to decide the same within the time stipulated under the order dated 11.07.2019.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
