The present appeal arises from order dated 18.9.2015 disposing Writ Petition (C) No.1683 of 2015.

We find no reason to interfere with the order under appeal after hearing Learned Counsel for the Appellant as the Learned Single Judge has adequately clarified and directed that the statutory period under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has to be computed from the date of filing of the application.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the application may be directed to be considered and disposed expeditiously. 4.

That aspect has also been considered by the Learned Single Judge and we only clarify that the matter can be disposed expeditiously in the nature of the application provided both the parties cooperate for the same.

Let the Family Judge endeavour to dispose the matter in accordance with law at the earliest.

The writ appeal is disposed.
