No.3981 of 2012 (Rameshwar Prasad Rajwar and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected matters and final order has been passed in the said matter on 09.09.2015, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Rameshwar Prasad Rajwar (Supra) 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of Rameshwar Prasad Rajwar (Supra).
