1. The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the order Annexure P-3 dated 14.09.2021, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of District Transport Officer, Mahasamund to the office of Inter-departmental Lead Agency, Police Headquarters, Nawa Raipur.

2. The ground of challenge is that the petitioner at present place of posting was transferred only on 01.07.2021 and in just about 40-45 days time, the petitioner has been again transferred to a different place. The petitioner was earlier posted at District Sukma and after working there for a considerable period of time, the petitioner was transferred on administrative exigency in July, 2021. At present, there

was no administrative exigency as such for change of posting of the petitioner, yet he has been shifted.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner move an appropriate application/representation to the respondent no.1 in respect of alleged transfer order dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure P-3) highlighting his inconveniences and respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same on its own merits in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field, particularly the transfer policy applicable in the State of Chhattisgarh.

4. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Meanwhile, purely as an interim measure, let status quo as it exists today be maintained till the representation of the petitioner is finally decided.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
