The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 2.1.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 8362/2018. 2.

Counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 & 3 submits that their reply has already been filed and that the respondent no.2 on 16.9.2019 has already taken a decision in favour of the petitioner to be absorbed by the Education Department. Further contention of the counsel for respondents no. 2 & 3 is that the respondent no.3 also vide his letter dated 15.10.2019 has written to the concerned District Education Officer for issuing appropriate orders for absorption of the petitioner and for granting of appropriate posting accordingly. 3.

Given the said submission, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.
