Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant held arrested on 12.12.2016 by Jashpur Police in connection with Crime No.267 of 2016 under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the IPC, charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jashpur, District Jashpur. He would further submit that the applicant has not committed any offence and and he has falsely been implicated in the crime in question. No other application of this nature has been filed or pending and looking to his period of detention, he may be enlarged on bail.

Per contra, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/State opposes the arguments advanced on behalf of the

applicant and would submit that co-accused Sarhul Bhagat is absconding. The present applicant fabricated false documents on behalf of the persons already died and for their alleged letter of consent, fake signatures and thumb impression were taken and the land was allegedly sold to co-accused Sarhul Bhagat in the office of the Registrar by executing the registered sale deed. 3.

Perused the material.

After perusal of the evidence collected by the prosecution against the present applicant, I am not inclined to allow the instant bail application. Consequently, the instant bail application is rejected.
