(2) The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the SDO (Revenue), Patan, District Durg, whereby, the allotment of Fair Price Shop made to the petitioner has been suspended on the allegation of commission of certain irregularities.

(3) Admittedly, the order under challenge is appealable under the Chhattigsarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004. (4) In view of the availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, as not maintainable.
