Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 28/10/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No. 2 - Additional Commissioner has passed the order in petitioner's favour granting relief to her but the order has not been complied with by the Sub-Ordinate Revenue Officer, against which, the petitioner has made an application to Tahsildar, Basna, District Mahasamund but till date the same has not been decided. (2) Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to make representation to the Collector, and the Collector, Mahasamund shall look into the

matter and do the needful in accordance with law on its own merits expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
