1. Mr. V.R. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant/State submits that by the impugned order passed by learned Single Judge, batch of writ petitions were decided and against some of them writ appeal preferred by the State bearing WA No.632/2018 and other connected writ appeals has been allowed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 07.1.2019. He would place before this Court a copy of the order passed in WA No.632 of 2018 dated 07.1.2019.

2. Shri Ishan Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 & 2 and Mr. A.S. Kachhawaha, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 do not dispute the statement made by learned State counsel.

3. In view of the above position, the present writ appeal is allowed in terms of order dated 07.1.2019 passed in WA No.632/2018.
