Learned counsel for the contemnor would submit that the order passed by this Court has already been purged.

Learned counsel would also submit that they have filed affidavit in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court. The respondent has also stated that infact the petitioners have encroached the government land, whereas according to the petitioners, some other persons have encroached the government land, against whom action is not taken by the Officers.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of with an observation that the concerned Collector shall initiate proceedings for removal of encroachment against all the encroachers, be it the petitioners or any other person, for their removal from the government land/premises. Let the proceedings be undertaken and completed within 6 months.
