1. The present petition has been preferred against the order dated 12.07.2019 Annexure P-1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was holding the post of District President of Chhattisgarh Lipik Vargiya Shaskiya Karmchari Sangh and he was appointed on 26.11.2017. As such, as per the transfer policy of the State and the circular issued by the State, the petitioner could not be transferred to other place since the petitioner was nominated as President in the year 2017.

2. State counsel opposes the same.

Having considered the documents filed along with the petition particularly the transfer policy, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State against the transfer within a period of 15 days from today and the Grievance Redressal Committee may decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer with respect to the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
