On due consideration, delay of 631 days in filing the present MCC is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 is allowed.

MCC No. 750 of 2019 3.

This is an application for restoration of FA No.426 of 2017, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 27.10.2018.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and FA No.426 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of two weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within two weeks, this order shall lose its efficacy.
