This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.22 of 2020, registered at Police Station Aarakshi Kendra Papra Distt. Bastar C.G., for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (D), 341 & 506/34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail

MCRC No. 7693 of 2020 application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
