(2) By the impugned order dated 01.09.2016, the trial Court has rejected the application under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for re-examination of the witnesses PW-1, PW-2, PW-3, PW-4 and PW-9 finding no ground.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is re-examination is necessary as effective cross-examination has not been made.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and after going through the record, it appears that the effective crossexamination has already been made, I do not find any good ground to
