1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint having been made on 25.06.2018, the police has not enquired into the facts of this case, wherein it is alleged that one Aiyasha Khan @ Kajol Khan has entered into a tenancy agreement with the outsiders claiming property of the petitioner. He further

submits that the report made to the police needs an enquiry and whatever the finding may be conveyed so that the petitioner can avail the appropriate remedy as available to him under the law.

2. Perused the complaint Annexure P-1, which appears to have received by the police on 28.06.2018. Considering the nature of complaint, it is directed that the police shall make enquiry on the same within a period of three months and shall convey the outcome of the same enquiry to the petitioner so that the appropriate remedy, if any, may be availed by him.
