Mr. Manoj Chauhan, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. However, he submits that applicant is student, hence, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.

Mr. Vaibhav Singh, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection to the submission of learned counsel for applicant.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned if possible may try to decide it on the same day in accordance with law.
