1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer, the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the concerned Collector with all grounds which have been raised in this writ petition.
2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the concerned Collector. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the concerned Collector with all grounds which are raised in this writ petition, the Collector would do well to decide the same after hearing all affected parties expeditiously.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
