1. At the outset, the counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the higher authorities in the department claiming the relief of regularization and the respondents may be directed to decide the said representation to be filed by the petitioner.

2. The State counsel does not oppose the same.

3. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner for ventilating his grievance may file a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 30 days from today and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities may take an appropriate

decision in accordance with the circulars and the rules framed by the State Government from time to time so far as the daily wage employees are concerned within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the said representation.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion so far as the entitlement of the relief sought for by the petitioner.
