1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged discontinuance of the services of the petitioner vide order dated 19.02.2019 & 24.12.2019.

2. Perusal of the records would show that nature of engagement of petitioner was purely contractual and contract period was that of 3 years.

3. Given the fact that petitioner was a contractual employee and engaged under the scheme for MNREGA, This Court is of the opinion that it would be more appropriate if the petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application ventilating his grievance before the District Programme Co-

ordinator under MNREGA Scheme and subject to the petitioner making an appropriate application/representation within 15 days from today, the District Programme Co-ordinator is expected to take a decision on the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
