The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been transferred against the transfer policy and two cadres were amalgamated which could not have been made to make the transfer viable as he is office bearer of the recognized association, therefore, the petitioner cannot be transferred. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, the petitioner may be permitted to make a suitable application before the Grievance Redressal Committee and and the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period.

2. Considering the facts situation and back ground of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that petitioner may make a suitable application to the Committee which has been constituted for redressal of grievance of the transferred employees and on such representation being filed, the said Committee shall consider and adjudicate the same as early as possible.
