Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was Shiksha Karmi Grade-II under the Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur and the petitioner was absorbed to the School Education Department. It is contended that thereafter information has been received on phone which is marked as Annexure P-5 that his salary was enhanced but till date the petitioner neither has been given the enhanced salary nor the order of absorption is been served. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation but the respondent/authority are not deciding the same.

Perused the documents. In view of the existing facts, it is directed that the petitioner shall file fresh representation within a period of 15 days
from today before the concerned respondent and the same shall be adjudicated within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
