The petitioner is neither the accused nor the victim in Crime No.76/2017 registered in Police-Station-Sahaspur Lohara, DistrictKabirdham, in which, the charge-sheet has been filed and one accused Shatrohan Rana is being prosecuted, therefore, the petition filed for quashment of FIR and whole proceeding of that case does not appear to be connected with petitioner which shows that he has no locus standi to file this petition

2. Hence, for this reason, the petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself.
