The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 498/2016 registered in Police Station Kurud, District Dhamtari (CG) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of I.P.C. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by Jaya Goswami that the applicant in order to get his name mutated in respect of the land which earlier belonged to Milap Puri Goswami grand father got signature on the blank paper so that name can be mutated in the papers and she being minor could not have done so. Therefore, by false assurance affidavit was got signed. Thereby, offence has been committed. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that by way of mutation ownership could not have been transferred. He further submits that charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation would be necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the evidence appears to be documentary in nature and the applicant is in jail since 10/11/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
