made application for grant of interest on the amount of contingency that has been paid to him but it has not been considered and decided.

2. Be that as it may, the University is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.

The petitioner may make fresh representation for other grievances, if any.
