Taking into consideration the ground urged and the cause shown in the application due to which paper book could not to be submitted within the stipulated time, we are inclined grant one more opportunity by restoring the appeal being FA(M) No.32/2017. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the First Appeal (M) No.32/2017 is restored to its original number, subject to the condition that the paper book will have to be filed within two weeks. MCC is accordingly allowed.
