Heard on application for restoration of WPC No.3716 of 2021 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 14.09.2021. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 14.09.2021 passed in WPC No.3716 of 2021 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No.3716 of 2021 is directed to be restored to its original number. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
