On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 14.09.2021 passed in WPC No. 3708 of 2021 is recalled. Consequently, WPC No. 3708 of 2021 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
