Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary School Karri, Bharatpur to Primary School Dhanrash, Block Khadgawan. He submits that in the Primary School Karri only 35 students are there and as per the students-teacher ratio out of 60 students two teachers are placed and the petitioner if send to another School the ratio is defeated. He further submits that as per the transfer policy of 2015, the school falls in the schedule area and as per the policy the State contemplates that the person may not be transferred from the scheduled area until he himself opts for it and the present school falls in the scheduled area. He further submits that wife of the petitioner is also a teacher in the same school and normally the husband & wife may be kept at the same place as the transferred area is 200 km away.

Perused the documents and the transfer policy of 2015 & 2019. 3.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 7 days, the same shall be considered and decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 4.
