The grievance of the petitioner was that she was working at Primary Health Centre, Block-Kanker, District- North Baster, Kanker and she has been transferred to Primary Health Centre, Partappur, Block - Koylibeda, District: North Baster Kanker which is 125 Kms. away from the present place of posting.
2. It is contended that the husband of the petitioner is working in the School Education Department and is posted in the School at Budeli. He submits that as per the policy of the State, the husband and wife
-2are kept at one place, therefore, the petitioner should not have been transferred to a far remote place.
3. State counsel opposes the same.
4. The documents filed along with the petition shows that the husband of the petitioner is posted in the School at Budeli. The transfer policy which is attached with this petition shows that normally husband and wife are to be kept at one place.
5. In view of such policy, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State to decide the cases of transfer, within a period of 15 days from today and the Grievance Redressal Committee may decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
