Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a detailed reply to the show cause notice and he prays that the authorities concerned would consider the entire contentions which he raises in the reply to the show cause notice.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, it is expected that the authorities concerned shall consider all the contentions raised by the petitioner in the reply to the show cause notice.
