Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, vide order dated 12.07.2019, has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Kusmi, Block Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon to Sub Health Centre, Bagdongri, Block Manpur, District Rajnandgaon. It is submitted that the petitioner is a widow and there is no vacant post existed where she has been transferred. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother-in-law and father-in-law are also dependent
-2upon petitioner and therefore, the respondents may be directed to reconsider her transfer.
2. Considering the facts of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a widow, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State to decide the cases of transfer, within a period of 7 days from today and the Grievance Redressal Committee may decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
